For Mystical Wares October class, Michelle will share a few of the Sacred essential oils best for Seasonal Changes, such as spicy, earthy and citrus oils and their properties.

• Explain the emotional, spiritual, and physical benefits of different oils

• Discuss the concept of aromatherapy, how it works, safety, storage etc.

Applications of Anointing Oils

• Explore various ways anointing oils can be used, such as for meditation, prayer, rituals, and self-care such as support for seasonal affective disorder, anxiety, depression, feeling apathetic or panicky.

Creating Your Own Anointing Oil (last 20 minutes of class)

• Distribute the essential oils, carrier oils, glass bottles, and labels to participants.

• Provide guidance on blending essential oils to create a personalized anointing oil. Consider their intentions and desired effects when choosing oils.

• Designated time for participants to create their own blends and label their bottles.
